Our top 5 viewed recipes of 2012

#1 This Chocolate Eclair Cake recipe that I got from Mr. Food was our top viewed recipe in 2012! It is so easy and so delicious. And you don't even have to bake it. It's a hit at parties and is great to make for a crowd!

#2 This mouthwatering and rich Texas Sheet Cake was the second most viewed recipe. I made it as a birthday cake for my son and it was a big hit!

#3 The third most viewed recipe was my favorite soup, Stuffed Green Pepper Soup. I often make stuffed peppers in the summer as our garden is loaded with ripe peppers. I started making this soup to use up all those garden peppers and it was something the whole family enjoyed. I make it with all the same stuff I use in my stuffed green peppers, so it tastes almost just like the stuffed variety!

#4 This Fresh Peach Cobbler was one of the best things I baked this year. In year's past, we've gone peach picking and had bushels to use up. In 2012, our early spring wreaked havoc on crops in Michigan where we usually pick. At Springhope Farm in Galien, there was no picking at all, which was really sad since that's such a fun family activity for us. So, for the peaches I did find, I had to picky about what to do with them. I searched at recipes online, combined a few and came up with this. It was delcious!

#5 I'm really not a huge baker, so it's funny that four of the five top recipe posts in 2012 are desserts. But two of those are no-bake desserts, including the Three Stooges Lemonade Pie. This was super easy and it makes a lot.
