Steak and lentil soup




1 pound round steak, diced and then browned
1 tsp. Weber steak seasoning

6 cups water
2 chicken bouillion cubes
2 beef boulion cubes
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. dried mined onion
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
A dash of BV beef
2 tbsp Hoosier Daddy Hickory Smokehouse sauce
1/2 cup finely diced carrots
1/2 cup finely diced celery
1 can Del Monte Petite Cut Garlic and Olive Oil tomatoes
1 package Trader Joe's Steamed Ready-to-eat lentils

Cut up steak into small pieces and brown, adding steak seasoning as you cook. Add water and bouilion cubes to a soup pot until boiling, add seasonings and vegetables and return to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and add can of tomatoes and steak. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add lentils. Simmer a few more minutes until hot throughout.
