El Salto, Munster, IN

I recently posted some pics from lunch at El Salto with my friend, Michelle, but I couldn't find shots of the entrees, so here you go. This is what we started with...

And this is what we ended with...

Michelle had a flauta and an enchilada with refried beans and rice.

I had a beef taco and an enchilada and rice. I really wanted to try out a fish taco, but I wasn't able to get one with my combo or a la carte. It only came as a dinner with fish tacos only, so I was a little disappointed with that, but I did enjoy what I got...especially that enchilada with all that gooey cheese.
