Farm to Fork event set at Niche's Bull Run Estate

If you have never been to a farm-to-table event, you are missing out. We grow a small garden in our back yard each summer, so I know the difference in taste between something you have just pulled from the ground compared to something that has been transported from another part of the country and plopped onto a store shelf for days or weeks. Niche is one of the best examples of farm-to-fork eating you'll ever found. The restaurant has it's own farm and Chef Serena Purdue works in creative plates using all of those farm-fresh ingredients.

A visit to Niche is quite an experience and when you enjoy a meal prepared by Chef Purdue in the peak of harvest season, it is one you will not soon forget. Details are below on the August 25 event.
