Target beef stir fry
On my last couple of trips to Target I've browsed through the meats and meal kits and gotten some stuff I liked. Last week when I was there I spotted these fresh veggies (peppers and onion fajita blend) and beside it was Archer Farms Stir-Fry Beef strips. I thought it would make a quick meal during what I knew would be a busy week.
The meat was $6.99 and veggies $4.99 and I was surprised how far it went. For $12 it was enough for dinner for me and my four boys. It was so much better than some similar frozen kits I've got and I will look for it again on my next visit.
