Guacamole and tomato crostini

So, what do you do when you intend to make bruschetta and then realize that even though you KNOW that you just bought garlic the other day, it seems to have disappeared from the face of the earth?

You take those kumato tomatoes that you have already diced and the baguette that is already toasted and the grilled guacamole that you've already prepared and you improvise.

I added some caprioli onion and cilantro to the tomatoes to make a chunky salsa-y-ish mixture. Then smeared some guacamole on top of the toast and spooned some of the salsa on top and finished it with a little dollop of sour cream. Fantastic. Who needs ya anyway, garlic?
